Ever wanted to have your very own “Ferris Bueller holiday”?
Now it is possible.
To commemorate the day Buehler left school in this iconic film, tour groups are organizing a 45-minute walking tour of the same Chicago locations as the film.
On Location Tours said in a release, “On this 45-minute walking tour, join a local actor tour guide who will share behind-the-scenes secrets and ask fun trivia questions about the hit 1986 film. will do,” he said.
The tour takes place on June 5 at 12:00 pm and includes the Chicago Board of Trade, “where Cameron practiced his hand signs and Ferris asked Sloane to marry”, as well as the Kruczynski Federal Building and the “famous Visit the Flamingo Statue. From the film’s key parade scenes, and of course the Willis Tower and the Art Institute of Chicago.
