Spain, fines of almost 200 million for Apple and Amazon: “Their agreement affects consumers and small retailers”

The agreement between Amazon And Apple has negative effects on small retailers And consumers. As stated in a note from National Commission of Markets and Competition (Cnmc) these practices have led both to negative repercussions for many small resellers of Apple products, and to increased costs for consumers interested in purchasing this multinational’s products on Amazon, but also to situations of unfair competition against direct competitors. The amount of fines is divided into 143.6 million approximately for companies headed by Apple And 50.5 million to company of Amazon.
