San Diego (CP): Strange Incident: The Police received a report of a woman that was purposely hit by a female driver at the 2200 blk of Imperial Ave. The caller also told the Police that the woman was dragged by the car. Police then were called to a fight involving several women in the parking lot of a restaurant at the 2500 block of Imperial Ave, across the street from the SDPD Central Substation.
The officers arrived and broke up the fight where two women were attacking one woman. Trying to figure things out, the Police believe the fight started at a bar that illegally stays open all night.

Several of the patrons were at the fight, which apparently started there. It’s not clear if the victim was hit and dragged by a car. The two women who were attacking the 3rd were arrested for the assault and for being drunk in public.
The Police impounded two cars that had open containers of alcohol in them. No one would admit to owning the cars nor driving them to avoid the DUI charges. There also may have been one of the cars hitting a truck driven by a male.
The victim did not appear to be injured, but her clothing was ripped from the attack. The Police have asked the City and the State to shut down this bar, as they illegally stay open all night and day when they are supposed to close at 2:00 am, and there are always disturbances coming from the bar.
