San Diego, California (CP) Officers and firefighters arrived to find an upstairs apartment completely;y involved in flames. Firefighters attacked the fire quickly and found a deceased male inside the kitchen area. The fire was put out and the MAST team is investigating the cause of the fire. The apartment is completely destroyed.
