NEWARK, Del.–(COMMERCIAL THREAD)–Sallie Mae® (Nasdaq: SLM), formally SLM Corporation, today announced a first quarter 2023 dividend on its Series B preferred stock of $1.6090725 per share. The company also announced a first quarter 2023 dividend on its common stock of $0.11 per share.
Both preferred stock and common stock dividends will be paid on March 15, 2023 to their respective shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 3, 2023.
