PEORIA (25News Now) – It’s a special day for the WEEK family!
Bill Houlihan, affectionately known as “Houli,” would have turned 100-years-old on September 16.
Houli was WEEK-TV’s first weatherman when the station signed on for the first time 70 years ago.
Houli passed away in 1994, and Chuck Collins sat down with his oldest son, Bob Houlihan, to remember the man Central Illinois knew so well.
