Paris Hilton’s media company is suspending advertising on X, a month after agreeing to a publicized partnership with the platform

Paris Hilton’s entertainment company 11:11 Media has pulled an ad campaign from Elon Musk’s X just a month after announcing an exclusive partnership with the platform, becoming the latest brand to halt ad spending on the site formerly known as Twitter due to concerns about anti-Semitism and pro-Nazi content on the site.

“11:11 Media has made the decision to immediately withdraw the campaign from the platform,” Bruce Gersh, president and chief operating officer of 11:11 Media, told CNN on Tuesday.

The decision by Hilton’s company to withdraw advertising is a hard blow for X and for the platform’s CEO, Linda Yaccarino, who just last month announced a major promotional partnership with Hilton. The deal, that was advertised by Yaccarino as a long-term “official partnership” between Hilton, 11:11 Media and The agreement also included a revenue sharing agreement between the parties.

Yaccarino, a former NBCUniversal advertising chief who was tasked with convincing wary advertisers to return to X despite Musk’s tumultuous leadership, declared Hilton the “queen of pop culture” and described the partnership as “a new era” which would reside exclusively on

A spokesperson for Hilton declined to comment on whether the suspension of the 11:11 ad campaign also means the end of Hilton’s partnership with X. A spokesperson for X also did not immediately respond.

Hilton remains active on the platform via her personal account, @ParisHilton, where she has amassed 16.6 million followers.

11:11 Media’s decision to pull its ad campaign from X comes after at least half a dozen brands suspended their ad spend on to an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory about the platform.
