Man stabbed to death in Washington Heights

A man died Wednesday night after being stabbed in Washington Heights, police said.

Around 11:45 p.m., a 40-year-old man got into a fight with another man who pulled out a knife in the 10,000 block of South Winston Avenue, Chicago police said.

The man had a stab wound to his chest and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

A suspect has been detained, police said.
