Four shots fired at South Shore restaurant Saturday night, police say

Chicago police responded to a shooting at a South Shore restaurant on the 2400 block of E. 72nd St. where three men and a woman were shot Saturday night.

According to a preliminary police investigation, three armed men got out of the vehicle, approached the restaurant and opened fire from outside around 9pm. Police said he was at 2425 E. 72nd St.

A 29-year-old man was shot in the thigh and taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center. A 32-year-old man was shot in his leg and taken to Jackson Park Hospital. A 29-year-old man was shot in the leg and sent to the University of Chicago. A 29-year-old woman had her ears grazed and sent to the University of Chicago.

Police said the victims were in good condition and no one was in custody for the shooting.

In March 2016, a shooting occurred outside Kennedy Fish & Chicken. 31-year-old Brian Barlow was shot dead outside a restaurant.
