Milwaukee, Wisconsin — A 4-year-old girl from Wisconsin has inspired just about everyone she meets.

Delaney Klings is battling terminal brain cancer. Next week she says her mother will have a special birthday.

Delaney’s mother, Heather Klings, said, “She brought light and love to people. That’s why she’s an angel for us. And apparently she’s doing other things to finish the job of an angel.” It seems to be called by a place.

The girl was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor at the end of October. WISN reported.

“You can’t really tell a little kid that they’re not around for long, so you know she’s in the hospital because of the ‘debt’ in her head,” Heather said.

Her mother said doctors gave Delaney a few weeks to live.

“A child dealt a card no child should have,” said Heather.

But an infection made that time even shorter.

“My heart stops for a second. The world stops. I can’t breathe. I’m just trying to process it. She’s four,” Heather said.

A family friend is asking the public to send a birthday card to Delaney, who turns 5 on December 16th.

“The map we prepared has stickers to put on all the card provenance locations, so Laney knows she’s loved all over the world by people she doesn’t know. Heather He said, “And it’s going well. I think I got 400 cards in the mail today.”

The goal is to collect cards from around the world for Delaney.

“Oh, that’s new. We haven’t had Utah yet,” said Heather, sifting through the day’s cards.

They want the girl to be able to smile and laugh for as long as possible.

“As long as she still knows what’s going on, she can hear, she can see, she knows us, she remembers us. As long as she can,” said Heather. said.

Delaney is in the hospital, but she is never alone as her mom and dad take turns staying with her.

If you would like the card sent, please mail it to:
