Elev8 Fun’s $150 million feud to be featured on CNBC’s “Money Court”

SANFORD, Fla.–()–Elev8 Fun plans to rapidly grow its white-hot family entertainment center across the Sunshine State. How the business partners behind the concept plan to do this will be the focus of the premiere episode of CNBC’s “Money Court” on Nov. 30th.

Season two of the popular show, starring business mavens Kevin O’Leary and Bethenny Frankel, debuts episode at 10pm Nov. 30th with a case of Elev8 Fun, which currently has locations in Sanford and Tampa, and plans 3 more locations in Florida in the near future.

O’Leary, known to his “Shark Tank” fame, is an entrepreneur and investor, and Frankel is an entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Skinnygirl. The two use their business savvy on the show to settle disputes for small, expanding businesses, from disagreements over pricing strategy to failed deals.

Elev8’s case involves partners and a developer who disagree on the $150 million needed to acquire new real estate for the growing brand. Additionally, the episode features business partners who disagree about remote or office work, and sisters with a family recipe who are looking to expand the business.

“I can’t say too much, but it has been an enlightening and rewarding experience working with the ‘Money Court’ team,” said David Goldfarb, president and founder of PrimeTime Amusements, project partner Elev8 Fun. “We are on an arduous path to expansion, and that involves high-risk business decisions. It was great to get the chance to pick up on the insights of entrepreneurial minds like Kevin O’Leary and Bethenny Frankel. Viewers will have to tune in to see what we’ve decided.

The new season of the show features seven one-hour episodes. All episodes include high stakes, real money, and an agreement among the participants to abide by the expert’s ruling.
