Champaign County Coroner Duane Northrup this morning identified the 40-year-old Tolono man who died from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle crash last week.
Jacob M. Garier was pronounced dead at 1:56 p.m. Saturday at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. He suffered multiple traumatic injuries resulting from a crash Tuesday in Savoy, Northrup said.
This death is being investigated by the Champaign Coroner’s Office and the Champaign County Sheriff’s Office.
