Chicago Rock Legend Jason Narducy Returns to Hey Nonny on Feb. 9
Narducy leads the Chicago band Split Single and regularly tours with Bob Mould of Hüsker Dü fame. Jason also plays with the band Superchunk and is a friend of Dave Grohl, appearing in Grohl’s “Foo Fighters: Sonic Highways” TV series. Narducy writes and produces short comedy episodes including, “The Sexiest Elbows in Rock Music,” which feature Fred Armisen, Michael Shannon, Jeff Tweedy, Todd Barry, Margaret Cho, Tim Meadows, Dave Hill, and many more.
On February 9, Narducy will be joined by cellist Melissa Bach and violinists Katie Klocke and Dominic Johnson. Together they will perform songs from Split Single and Verböten, Narducy’s musical, as well as a few fun cover songs.
