San Diego (CP) — The male driver of the vehicle was at the intersection stopped for the “Red” light when the male suspect opened the front passenger door and got inside. The victim started to try and get the suspect out and started to hit the suspect.
The suspect got out of the vehicle but held onto the door as the driver started to drive away and was dragged. The driver stopped and the suspect went to the sidewalk to hide.
An SDPD K-9 officer arrived at the scene, and the suspect jumped back into the victim’s car. When the officer attempted to take the male out, a Good Samaritan jumped into the passenger side of the car and started to beat on the suspect.
The suspect was taken into custody. A lot of Heroin was found on the suspect. He appeared to be under the influence of said drugs. The suspect was transported to a local hospital for the narcotics and his injuries of being hit several times in the head.
